BE PEACE - Meditate (6 weeks Pilot Program)
Your happiness and wellbeing depend upon having the ability to create balance. Having tools for physical, mental and emotional self-care are fundamental for creating and maintaining that state of balance. But how do you do that when life comes fast and furious and the days are intense and the demands are great? Meditate!
Practicing meditation is a simple, yet profoundly effective way to improve your overall state of wellbeing. And even the most calm and steady person can benefit from improving their wellbeing.
The benefits that you will receive by practicing meditation will reach the many levels of your being: physical, intellectual/mental, emotional, and spiritual/energetic. You will find yourself thinking more clearly, sleeping better, improving your relationship with yourself and others, finding overall improved health, greater stamina...
This 6-week pilot program will offer a 30-minute, guided practice that will assist you in discharging tension and mental fatigue, leaving your head and heart more clear and calm. And when you feel better, you will more positively impact the people around you and with whom you interact.
