The Path To Peace - Breath and Peace
In this program we will spend 9 sessions over a period of 4 weeks exploring basic breath and cultivating the most powerful breath, Yogic Breath.
Once we are fully established in a natural, rhythmic and meaningful breathing pattern, I will introduce 2 simple yet profoundly powerful techniques for invoking balance and peace. These practices will be repeated so that you can develop competency and success.
The first 2 sessions will be 45-minutes to allow for some vital teaching about the body that will make your breath and meditation practice exceptionally effective. And to allow for your questions.
The following 7 sessions will be 30-minutes and focused on centering and practice.
Dates and times for these sessions are all East Coast (NYC) time and are as follow:
Monday March 7 8:15 - 9:00AM
Wednesday March 9 8:15 - 9:00AM
Monday March 14, Wednesday March 16, Friday March 18, Monday March 21, Wednesday March 23 8:30 - 9:00AM
Saturday March 26 9:00-9:30AM
Monday March 28 8:30 - 9:00AM
While this class is for anyone, beginners will find it most helpful as it will move at a pace that is slow enough to explore the workings of your own body and body/mind.
